Apex Racing Lab is Hiring a Guest Experience Specialist Near Cary, NC

About The Apex Racing Lab:
Join the premier team at The Apex Racing Lab, the Triangle's leading sim racing and motorsports lounge. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional entertainment experience through our state-of-the-art sim racing setups and a vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking a Client Experience Manager who shares our passion for motorsports and can help us elevate our customer service to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience that aligns with our brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service and client interaction.
  • Manage and respond to customer feedback, ensuring all client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align customer service with the overall business objectives.
  • Engage with customers to deepen relationships and promote loyalty.
  • Oversee the appearance and atmosphere of the lounge to ensure it meets quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role.
  • Strong passion for sim racing or motorsports, with an understanding of the community and culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and implement new opportunities for improvement.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18 plus tips.
  • Eligibility for a profit-sharing bonus based on company performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
